Can I use The CHAMP Plan™ during open enrollment?

The CHAMP Plan™ can be used at a doctor’s office, an urgent care facility, to fill prescriptions, or get telemedicine service, inclusive of Mental Health support. Rather than using your major medical plan with copays, you can use The CHAMP Plan™ for the visit and you will not have to pay anything! 

You will have a virtual ID card available to you once your benefits become active. You will have one emailed to you, and another will be available at all times through The CHAMP Plan™ App. 

You will not be able to access the app until your benefits are active, but you can prepare by downloading it today!
