Go-Live At a Glance

Each employer group's go-live month is unique! We understand that this is an exciting time, so here are a few things to consider now that the plan's initial setup, billing administration, and educational knowledge brokering have taken place!

3 Days Prior to Go-Live	Champion Health will connect with the group to ensure that all outstanding action items have been completed in preparation for the big day.
Go-Live  Benefits Follow Deductions	Weekly/Bi-Weekly Pay Cycles Benefits will become effective the Monday after deductions are live in payroll. Semi-Monthly & Monthly Pay Cycles Benefits will become effective the day after deductions are live in payroll.
Go-Live Week	Enrolled employees will receive fulfillment packets with access to digital apps and benefit utilization guides.
The Week Following Go-Live	Enrolled employees will be contacted by the Virtual Primary Care provider for account setup guidance.
