If a Group's employees only speaks Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Vietnamese, or any other foreign language, chances are we have someone who can help them understand the benefits of The CHAMP Plan™ and communicate with them.

Please instruct them to call into the Benefits Hotline and speak with a Licensed Benefits Counselor to request translation.
