No Copays or Deductibles. How Does That Work?

Example: The employee's deductible is $5,000 under the Group's primary insurance plan. They are planning to have a surgery next year. Would The CHAMP Plan™ cover that deductible?

A: Champion Health currently only covers office visits and the procedures found on the MEC list seen here, for a $0 copay, $0 deductible and treated with providers in the First Health Network. However, there could be parts of that follow-up care or pre-op care that might be covered if they are on that list.
