Do my dependents have to participate in monthly compliance activities?

Q: If an employee enrolls a dependent, does the dependent have to answer health questions, watch videos, etc. in order to remain on the plan?

A: No, compliance activities are to be completed by the employee only. Dependents are not required to perform any compliance activities.

Note: Monthly Activity reminders are sent via push notifications in The CHAMP Plan™ App until the monthly activity is completed, as well as to the email address used for enrollment. We will not send reminders via text.
