Will garnishments (child support, etc.) impact my eligibility for the CHAMP Plan?

Q: Since these are pre-tax deductions, will any garnishments (child support, etc.) will be affected? 

A: Any additional garnishments or pre-tax contribution the employee is legally responsible for will be impacted/affected by The CHAMP Plan™ Pre-Tax Deduction.

As such, the contribution/garnishment will need to be reviewed on an individualized case-by-case basis.
