What do I have to do to maintain my savings and participation on The CHAMP Plan?

Remaining compliant and satisfying your monthly triggers is easy! 

On an ongoing basis, active and enrolling members will receive activity reminders via The CHAMP Plan app and email.

Compliance activities include short videos, articles, and a Health Risk Assessment (HRA) to help you optimize your health journey. As a member, you will also have access to our licensed Benefits Counselors for any coverage or benefit related questions.

Note: Monthly Activity reminders are sent via push notifications in The CHAMP Plan™ App until the monthly activity is completed, as well as to the email address used for enrollment. We will not send reminders via text.
